  1. Check out Universalis.com. The Liturgy of the Hours is available there in a variety of formats. I use the app on my iPad but there are also eBook versions for readers including the Kindle.

  2. The desktop version of Universalis can create a Kindle version.

    If you want to do the 1961 Office for free. I recommend this website: Officium Divinium. Set the rubrics to "Rubrics 1960" and you'll be good to go. With this site you now have a Latin Breviary with parallel Latin and English.

  5. To get the official translation I had to use a bit of a hack, but it works!

    I went to divineoffice.org and got their RSS feed url which is http://feeds2.feedburner.com/divineoffice

    Then I have Calibre e-book manager from http://calibre-ebook.com/

    Calibre has a nice feature of creating news sources from RSS feeds that are automaticaly created daily and send to your Kindle
    using your kindle email address.

    There are other RSS to Kindle services but I just like Calibre since it's all in one place.

    Agreed with the above two people. I have a Nook and the Universalis app does a great job of rendering it to a format I can use on it. It's nice to be able to set the text size up to comfortable with out the reading specs on.
